When taking on an employee for a probationary period to assess their eligibility to become an apprentice it is advisable to provide assessments as follows. Each assessment includes the previous ones contents, this allows the perspective apprentice to correct
answers in next assessment. It is important to sit down at each assessment and discuss with the employee their short comings and improvements to be made, these can be listed at the end of the assessment, also it is important for the employee to add their comments.
